Because we are a small-sized upstart business and we rely heavily on repeat customers. Our goal it to make our customers as happy as possible and still manage to offer low prices. We provide our customers with leeway in our pricing and pricing policies. Unlike larger consulting firms, we do not round our time up to the next full hour. We bill all of our customers in quarter hour increments. |
